My Services
Supporting Families Through Life’s Transitions

I am proud to be recognised as the first Certified Divorce Coach in South Africa. Combining this distinction with my training in mediation, I provide a unique and holistic service designed to support individuals, couples, children, and families as they navigate the complexities of separation and divorce.
Mediation Support
Through Divorce
Having lived through the journey of divorce myself, with three children deeply affected by the transition, I understand firsthand just how vital communication is – and just how challenging it can be. When emotions are heightened and everyone is experiencing their own version of upheaval, it’s all too easy for misunderstandings, frustration, and a lack of acceptance to cloud the way forward.
Trying to communicate with someone you are separating from – or have already separated from – can feel almost impossible at times. That’s where having a neutral, non-judgemental third party can make all the difference. As a trained Family Mediator and Divorce Coach, I provide a safe, structured space where communication is managed and facilitated, helping both parties move towards practical, mutually acceptable agreements.

This approach doesn’t just ease the emotional toll – it can also save time, reduce stress, and help you focus on what truly matters, especially when children are involved. I’ve supported many couples who once struggled to agree on even the smallest of matters, and have helped them reach constructive, lasting solutions.
No matter where you are on your journey, I’m here to help you navigate it with clarity, compassion, and calm.

Personalised
Divorce Coaching
Divorce Coaching is a personal, one-on-one process designed to support you – the client – as you navigate the complexities of separation and divorce. It ensures you move forward with courage, clarity, and confidence during what can be one of life’s most challenging transitions.
The support I offer is tailored to your unique situation and includes guidance in managing emotions, staying organised, handling the “business” of divorce, and setting a clear path for your future:
- Lived Experience – I bring empathy and insight, helping you manage the enormous life shift and accompanying changes in resources. Together we’ll address the stress, grief, conflict, and need for clear communication that often arise during this time.
- The Business of Divorce – I assist with the practical side of things: organising paperwork, staying on top of tasks, and helping you manage the legal and financial aspects of divorce more smoothly.
- Moving Forward – Once the immediate challenges are under control, we work together to help you step out of the story of your divorce and start shaping the next chapter. This includes goal setting, action plans, and cultivating a mindset focused on growth and possibility.
While I don’t replace legal or psychological professionals, Divorce Coaching complements those services by ensuring you are emotionally supported, mentally prepared, and practically organised – enabling you to move forward with resilience and purpose.
Family
Mediation
Finding it difficult to get along with certain family members?
Family life can be one of our greatest sources of joy—but it can also be one of the most challenging aspects of our lives. Whether the tension stems from a strained marriage, generational differences, or long-standing sibling rivalries, unresolved conflict within the family can take a serious toll on our emotional health and overall well-being.
I work with families to gently navigate these challenges by providing a safe, supportive, and neutral environment where each person has the opportunity to express themselves openly and be truly heard. My approach to mediation focuses on fostering mutual understanding, respect, and empathy, with the goal of helping family members move past conflict and towards healthier, more positive relationships.
Every family is unique, and so are the solutions we explore together. Mediation can offer clarity, healing, and practical pathways forward—whether you’re aiming to repair communication, make decisions collaboratively, or simply find a way to co-exist more peacefully.

Voice of the
Child
We believe every child has the right to be heard—especially during times of family change. Our Voice of the Child service ensures that children feel safe, respected, and empowered to express their thoughts and emotions when important decisions are being made about their future.
Whether in the context of divorce, parenting plans, or custody arrangements, this service creates a supportive space where children can speak freely. Using age-appropriate communication and a child-focused approach, we help them articulate their feelings with confidence and clarity.
Listening to a child’s voice is not just about hearing their words—it’s about valuing their experience. By giving children a platform to share how they feel, we help parents, caregivers, and professionals make more informed, compassionate decisions that truly consider the child’s best interests.
The Voice of the Child service is a vital part of our mission to reduce conflict and promote healthier co-parenting during and after separation. Because every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood.
Considering
Divorce?
Let me paint you a picture
Divorce is never just a legal decision—it’s an emotional and deeply personal turning point. If you’re considering this path, it’s important to take a moment to see the full picture: legal realities, emotional impact, and the changes ahead for your family.
The Legal Picture
Divorce isn’t just the end of a marriage—it’s the beginning of a series of decisions that will shape your family’s future. From custody arrangements and parenting plans to property division and financial agreements, the legal process can feel overwhelming. Having the right information early on can save time, reduce conflict, and protect what matters most.
The Emotional Landscape
Divorce touches every part of your emotional world—grief, fear, guilt, relief, hope. These feelings are natural, but they can cloud judgment if you don’t have the right support. Our goal is to help you make sound decisions while honoring the emotional weight of what you’re going through.

Your Current Situation
Maybe things feel uncertain at home. Maybe communication has broken down. Maybe you’re staying “for the kids,” or you’re wondering what life might look like on the other side. Wherever you are right now, know this: you are not alone, and there are thoughtful, practical steps you can take—whether you choose to divorce or not.
This is your life. Let’s look at the full picture—together.
We’ll help you explore your options with clarity, care, and confidence.
